Ricky gets a new job at the Atlanta Airport!

I would like to thank Patrice and Associates, and most of all Mark  Brunelli, for their services. It was Mark who worked hard to open doors and  gave me great preparation tools for the interview.  I am forever so  grateful.  I was scared I was going to be a product of this economy and it  was Mark who begged to differ.  He and Patrice and Associates made my  career advance to the next level.  I would like to thank you.  For  everyone reading this, if you don't try this service you will be not only losing  out on your next…

Investigating Online Reputations

A new survey of hiring managers and recruiters worldwide finds some interesting differences in the way online searches of job candidates take place in various countries. In addition, the study found some gender differences as well as differences in perception between HR professionals and consumers who post online.   Below is an article written by Michael O'Brien of the Human Resource Executive Online.  I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to contribute to the article.      The report highlights a growing concern that there is not enough governance in place to keep organizations protected from possible claims of…

Outback, home of Bloomin’ Onion, to offer lean meals, too

Outback Steakhouse's parent company will debut some low-calorie entrees as part of its effort to make it through what could be a rocky 2010. That was one of the announcements OSI Restaurant Partners of Tampa made during a conference call with investors and securities analysts Wednesday morning. In discussing its 2009 financial results, the company also announced that it lost about $54 million last year, a rough period for casual-dining restaurants nationwide. On a positive note, sales seem to be rebounding in the last few months as more people venture back into restaurants, the company said. On Wednesday, new Chief Executive…

What Clients Say About Patrice & Associates

  • I must say at first I was a little skeptical on what Stephanie was doing with my resume but now after seeing the results I am so glad listened instead of reacting. I will definitely continue with this company and I've already started to recommend Stephanie and what she can and is more than willing to do for each individual.

  • During my 20+ years career in hospitality I had the opportunity to work either directly or indirectly with several recruiting firms and individuals. My most recent job search lead me to Bruce Leininger with Patrice and Associates. Bruce is one of those rare individuals who combines needs of the employer with knowledge and skills of the job seeker. He sees both perspectives, analyses where there is common ground between employer’s culture and applicant’s strengths, then delivers a candid assessment to both parties. Bruce was relentless in pursuit of job opportunities and in finding the “right fit” for my career profile. EVERYTHING that Bruce said and promised in his introduction to me was delivered, and even MORE! Most importantly I truly felt that Bruce was genuine, understanding and caring in regards to my specific needs and goals. As far as I am concerned when it comes to recruiters, there is Bruce and then there’s everyone else. • Let me just say, Thank you Karl. You have been the best recruiter I have ever worked with by far. I was completely impressed with your professionalism, you took the time to get to know me and my work history. After recent experiences with other recruiters you made me feel like a candidate that is capable of my skills and knowledge within my field.

I would suggest Karl to any of my colleagues looking to move on to bigger and better positions.

  • I would like to say that I am grateful for my experience working with Alicia Terrell and I  highly recommend her service. I asked for her help after she found a management position for my husband in the restaurant industry at a company that values their employees, and she has now done the same for me with another brand. I am moved by her passion, kindness, and tenacity in finding the right career choice for me. When I started working with her, she took the time to listen to what’s important to me in a brand, my experience, and my goals, and found a great fit. She helped make my transition out of my previous job smooth and went above and beyond to be available and answer my questions, giving me insight during that process as well. Because of her willingness to provide quality instead of just a quick fix, I feel like I have already found a home within the Chicken Salad Chick brand and I am excited for the growth and opportunity that lies ahead for me. I wouldn’t have been as prepared or sure of this being a step in the right direction without her knowledge and passion. Thank you! Alicia helps another person find a job!
  • I'm quite happy to testify on Mike's behalf!  Mike did a fantastic job finding a new home for me, finding a company with the right feel...and the right benefits.  His experience in the industry allowed him to give me resume guidance that helped market myself to prospective employers.  Once I had their attention he provided interview coaching to help me land the job.  The best part is how he kept in constant contact with me throughout the process, so I was never left wondering.  I'll definitely recommend him in the future, and in fact I've already passed along a friend's resume! Mike did a fantastic job finding a new home for me.
