As you know, the macro-economic environment is murky, and in my thirty years in this hospitality industry I have not seen such an unpredictable job market environment in this advanced AI era, even more challenging to find the right recruiting firm who could help you to find the right fit, which would bring you closer to your personal and professional goals.
