The Patrice Executive Recruiting Process
STAGE 1: Client Intake – Develop a complete profile of your company, including identifying your market position, value differentiators, and talking points to market your company to top-tier candidates.
STAGE 2: Ideal Candidate Profile/Search Assignment– Create a customized search assignment based on the ideal candidate for the position.
STAGE 3: Search Strategy/Plan– Outline a sourcing strategy with timelines for the presentation of candidates.
STAGE 4: Candidate Presentation– Present a candidate profile to your company with matching criteria for how it meets the parameters of the search assignment.
STAGE 5: Client Interview Process– Conduct your candidate interviews, and, together, we narrow the search to the top-tier candidates, and present reference checks.
STAGE 6: Candidate Final Selection– Help you craft the offer and actively manage the negotiation and decision process so your top candidate accepts the position.
STAGE 7: Coaching the On-Boarding Process– Coach you through the final stages, including before, during, and after the executive is onboarded at your company. We work with you to stave off any counter-offers to help you get your new executive onboarded seamlessly.
