Many recruiters said they would help, but I often felt like just a number or forgotten altogether. I was starting to get discouraged. From the very beginning, Nick Mastrovito reached out to connect with me by email after seeing that I had applied for a position he had opened in Galveston with his client. We then interviewed over the phone. Nick genuinely showed that he wanted to help and guide me through the entire process.
