I don’t know where to start. John absolutely is a god send. He walked me through my journey of getting a manager position at a great restaurant every step of the way. We probably talked 10 – 12 times on the phone, texted repeatedly and stayed in communication throughout the whole process. He gave me great tips for my interview and answered every question I had. There are not enough words to describe the man and the professional John is. I was in a difficult spot in my career and personal life. I thought I was done being a chef. Out of the blue John found me from an old application. I wasn’t trying to hear the same old spill that I’ve heard times before. Something in my gut said to stay and hear John out. I had a wonderful experience working with John to advance my career; he’s very attentive and professional. My first time trying to find a position with him was short-lived because the position had closed right when we moved forward.
