Thank you Vicki Marshall!

I have been uber busy in my new position as Restaurant Manager. Initially, Vicki Marshall set me up with my new employer which would have been a great position. However after many interviews, we came to the conclusion that I would be a better fit for there bigger busier venue. I cannot express effectively how integral Vicki was in finding me the perfect company in the location I was looking for. She informed me of the companies long renown history and core values. She also helped prepare me for my interviews. I am deeply in her debt and cannot recommend her more highly.
Many Thanks!
Nicholaus A. Hoover

Vicki Marshall provided excellent services on my job search and made it a smooth process.

She took the time to get to know me, which helped her get connected with my future employer. She always followed up between myself and the employer and had excellent response times. Vicki genuinely cares for her client and was there to help at any part of the day. Very satisfied with her skill set and tools to end my job search and get hired!   Warm Regards, Johnathan Meza

Hospitality Recruitment Works for Everyone

Thank you for having Vicki on your team, she is an unequivocal asset to Patrice & Associates. She has helped me two times in my job searches and she has delivered on both occasions. I don't have the pleasure to knowing Vicki on a personal level but I can tell you that her voice over the phone brings you confidences and let's you know that you are going to have a professional that cares about you, more over Vicki is not only professional but she I believe also understands people like me who are not so young anymore but with plenty of experience and drive to work. I have dealt with many recruiters from all platforms and I have had the chance to be able to compare the difference between a young recruiter and someone with more experience on the work force, my advice to job recruiting sites will be to pair people with a good match so we can talk at the same level.  The young people don't feel "threatened or pushed around" by and older peer, I think that will give us a better chance to a job and that's what Vicki delivers.   Best regards. Ruben Ramirez.
