I wasn’t looking. I was genuinely happy in my role and had no plans to make a move. But Brian reached out with an opportunity that gave me pause, and that’s not easy to do.
What stood out was that he clearly understood who I was and what my next step could look like. He wasn’t casting a wide net. He brought me something specific, at a level that matched where I was headed, with an organization whose values aligned with mine, and he made a compelling case for why it was worth a conversation.
I accepted a General Manager position overseeing a collection of luxury oceanfront properties in Maine, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead. It takes real skill to find the perfect match at exactly the right moment. Brian did exactly that, and I cannot thank him enough.
Thank You,
Melissa S.

I first met Casey back in August of this year. At the time, I wasn’t actively seeking a job change, but Casey’s open and relaxed approach encouraged me to explore the opportunity he presented. We discussed the available position and the possibility of me applying. When I felt the timing was right, Casey guided me through the details of the company so thoroughly that I felt like I already knew the property and many of the people working there.
His encouragement and insights helped me breeze through the interview process and even enjoy touring the property. It was, by far, the easiest and most enjoyable interview experience I’ve ever had. With Casey’s support, I felt confident I had the job before I even stepped foot on the property for my first tour.
I thought I had my dream job at my previous property, but I now realize I’m truly in my dream role—with the most amazing team I could ask for. As I’ve told Casey, I’ll forever be grateful for the role he played in placing me here. He’s a true rock star and an invaluable asset to Patrice & Associates.
A huge THANK YOU to Casey Chapman and the entire team of Patrice & Associates!
Warmest Regards,
Danielle S.

Casey Chapman was instrumental in helping me find a new job after a sudden layoff. He was professional and easy to talk to from the beginning. He passed along my information to a company I was excited to work with, then helped me prepare for my subsequent interviews. He was transparent every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would recommend him if you need help finding a new job.

Happy Sunday to you and would love to sing the praises of Brian! Appreciating I will be starting with a new company and would first like to “feel things out”, is it possible to resend this email (as a reminder) in a month or two once I get settled?
