The First Virtual Training of 2022!

 

 

The time has come to wrap up another great virtual training session for Patrice & Associates. We brought on five amazing franchisees ready to dive into the surging hospitality industry. Our two-week session is a jam-packed mixture of classroom learning, breakout sessions, and hands on recruiter training. Beginning the recruiting process in training is key to getting our franchisees ramped up quickly. Our goal is for them to leave the two weeks of training confident and ready to begin their franchise journey.

Once our franchisees graduate, they will embark on a post training adventure. This extended training includes 6 weeks of group coaching as well as a daily mentor for the first 3 months of their business. This ensures the franchisee is well positioned for success.

This training consisted of a diverse group of vetted candidates who came through our discovery process. The franchisees range from across North America. They had a plethora of backgrounds including retail, commercial real estate, staffing, and recruiting. This class was exciting because we had a Visa candidate moving from Qatar to Canada as well as an entity from Columbia looking to diversify their services in the US market.

The next training is around the corner and there are a lot of exciting things in store for 2022 from expanding our client base to executive search.  Your next steps are just a click away. The future is brighter than ever at Patrice & Associates.
