All 22 kitchens are supervised and guided by Executive Chef Maurizio Mazzon using recipes and preparations that Italians have mastered over centuries of making great food.

Position Requirements

3+ years of prior restaurant management experience in high volume ($6M+) casual or upscale/fine dining required
Italian food , wine and service experience a PLUS
Exceptional people and development skills, and a proven track record in attracting, assessing, developing, coaching and managing talent
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization
Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with team members
