Position Overview & Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of the business resulting in high guest satisfaction, meeting revenue/profit targets, great employment engagement and meeting all corporate and food safety standards
Manages inventory, food and labor costs
Effective management of staff including hiring, firing, training, scheduling and mentoring maximizing employment engagement
Manages inventory
Demonstrate strong understanding of guest satisfaction
Proactive management of issues
A leader, great with people, caring
Must be hands on and be ready to get behind the counter and make sandwiches

Position Requirements

1 year of restaurant management experience (AGM or Restaurant Manager)
Great people skills, demonstration of developing teams
Experience managing labor and food costs and revenue
Experience creating staff schedules, managing inventory, training staff and managing revenue
Understands P&L
FOH Guest facing experience
Strong communication skills
Very organized, respectful, good communications and Positive attitude
Computer skills (works with POS)
