Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of the business resulting in high guest satisfaction, meeting revenue/profit targets, great employment engagement and meeting all corporate and food safety standards
  • Manages inventory, food and labor costs
  • Effective management of staff including hiring, firing, training, scheduling and mentoring maximizing employment engagement
  • Manages inventory
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of guest satisfaction
  • Proactive management of issues
  • A leader, great with people, caring
  • Must be hands on and be ready to get behind the counter and make sandwiches

Position Requirements

  • 1 year of restaurant management experience (AGM or Restaurant Manager)
  • Great people skills, demonstration of developing teams
  • Experience managing labor and food costs and revenue
  • Experience creating staff schedules, managing inventory, training staff and managing revenue
  • Understands P&L
  • FOH Guest facing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very organized, respectful, good communications and Positive attitude
  • Computer skills (works with POS)
