Client OverviewOur client is the premier catering company of Minneapolis and St Paul. They have cateried the Super Bowl, Mall of America's Grand Opening, and the Republican National Convention. They operate 8 premier venues, and cater off-premise at private homes, corporate sites, and other venues.  The have locations in MN & FL and offering full service restaurant experiences as well as their catering expertise. Their catering is a scratch kitchen. Delivering cutting edge menu offerings. Each event has a different menu.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the catering team to plan, prep, and execute events.
  • Attend weekly meetings with kitchen and sales team.
  • Provide the highest level of guest service to ensure the guest’s satisfaction with the event.
  • Supervise & coach servers and bartenders.
  • Control food costs.

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of working in a high volume restaurant or catering environment.
  • Proven success with leading teams and executing a high level of guest service
  • Ability to work days / nights / weekends / holidays
  • Desire to learn and contribute to the team.
