Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized and efficient Food & Beverage Department
  • Work in a fast paced and customer service-oriented environment; perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Oversees operation of restaurant and banquet operations
  • Attend BEO, Staff and Food & Beverage Meetings.
  • Analyze and monitor day‐to‐day operation reports, monthly and yearly financial statements, labor costs.
  • Communicate with other Managers regarding internal events.
  • Taste food and beverage products from all areas, to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain communication with the Executive Chef on developing and creating menus

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Hotel F&B Outlet management experience
  • Ability to lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training talented personnel
  • Provide excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment; perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
