Steve’s Approach:

This is a people business. People are what make the hospitality industry so addictive. Whether working with a candidate or a client I will do my best to get the right people in the right places to insure success for both. Getting to know candidates and clients and aligning their goals is a must. Building relationships and partnering will ultimately lead to success for both parties. Changing jobs is not easy for anyone and I will do my best to make it as painless and rewarding for you as possible. The hospitality industry is fun, rewarding, challenging, sometimes stressful, and promises to never have any two days be exactly the same. Let me help you to find your new career home.

About Steve

Steve joined Patrice & Associates after almost a 25 year career in restaurant operations. After serving in the U.S. Navy and attending the University of Nebraska Lincoln Steve spent 5 years with a local Mexican fast food concept, Amigos, starting as a cook and working up to a GM level. Steve then spent 5 years with Boston Chicken/Boston Market starting as an assistant manager and ending as a multi-unit GM. Buffalo Wild Wings came next. He worked as GM/TGM for 5 years, 2 years as Manager of Learning and Development supervising company MIT program, and 7.5 years as a Regional Manager covering Omaha, Wichita, Des Moines, Ames, and Sioux City. Steve loves the industry and can’t see himself working in any other field.

Steve lives in Omaha with his wife Alison and children. Steve has 2 sons and a daughter. He enjoys spending time with the family, almost anything outdoors, and college football.
