Local resident Marcell Ausborn, who has more than 20 years of experience in human resources (HR) management for both government agencies and private sector businesses, launches the Patrice & Associates operations along with the support of the Patrice & Associates home office in Dunkirk, Md.

Ausborn’s professional background, which includes leading large HR organizations, managing corporate succession planning, leadership development and benefit programs, makes him a key addition to the Patrice & Associates family, and a valuable asset to the greater Hampton community.
