Afshin Ardalan was probably the best recruiter I have worked with in 15 years.  His communications were thorough and prompt.  Beyond that he spent prep time with me not only providing helpful info but reviewing items I had prepared.  And the cherry on top was this he remembered each interview date and start date and was sure to check in with me in the morning and wish me luck. 5 stars for sure.
