As you know, the macro-economic environment is murky, and in my thirty years in this hospitality industry I have not seen such an unpredictable job market environment in this advanced AI era, even more challenging to find the right recruiting firm who could help you to find the right fit, which would bring you closer to your personal and professional goals. I have worked several recruiting firms throughout my career, but I have never found a job through any of them but I must say; PATRICE & ASSOCIATES is a unique recruiting firm, I have never experienced such a personal touch with one on one treatment with dignity, care and respect. The person who made it all happen is DARRYL JACKSON, what a great person to work with, down to earth, great communicator, articulate and very well organized.
