Over the span of my fifty-year career, I have experienced extensive growth in many areas first hand. I started in retailing as an entry-level stock clerk and worked to the top positions. On the journey I recruited, mentored, coached, reassigned, and took pleasure in seeing many of those selected and guided excel and succeed as they were able to advance in their careers and life choices.
