A couple months ago, I found myself at a point in my career where I thought the future was no longer there for me. I’ve been working in kitchens my entire adult life and striving to continue to climb the ladder in the industry. I’ve been Executive Chef of 2 different restaurants and had recently stepped down from my position in order to find perspective. About Steve Leube, from the time I got his email I knew he was going to work on my side.
