During my 32 year tenure with a large health services organization, I had the great fortune of holding both sales and service leadership roles that capitalized on my strengths – building high performing teams and delivering superior service results for Clients and Customers. From candidate sourcing and recruitment to training, developing, coaching and mentoring, I supported team members to reach their career goals and objectives and to accelerate our brand by delivering a differentiated service experience to those we served.
