I would first like to thank Jonathan Litt for all of the work he put in to help me gain my latest position. I’ve worked with several individuals in recruiting, and no one has provided more value than Jonathan Litt. Jonathan started by vetting me as a candidate through an initial meet and greet. From there he revised and consolidated my resume, presented me and was able to secure an interview. From there he coached me on my interview prep. He called me before the interview to wish me luck, and the follow up right after. As I progressed through the selection process, Jonathan stayed in contact with me and prepared me for the next steps. He helped me with the job offer, giving me some good advice to make sure that everything was covered and included in the offer. Once I accepted the position, I thought my time with Jonathan was completed. As it turns out, Jonathan has stayed engaged with me through the orientation, weeks 1 and 2 of training. He truly cares about my success and this quality really shines through when working with Jonathan. If I am ever looking for a job in the hospitality industry, I will look to Jonathan Litt again, and would gladly recommend him without hesitation to anyone in the job market.

I can honestly say that Liz Costa was a breath of fresh air.
I have worked with other recruiters in the past that left me disappointed in their performance. Most seem to just want to get the position filled with almost zero research in your skill set. She was extremely helpful, with knowledge of the current position, the client base, what to speak about during the interview, and following steps of the process. It felt like having a close friend or family member help you with your job search, not a recruiter. Her follow ups too were very helpful and insightful. I would recommend anyone I knew looking for gainful employment to use Liz Costa. Whatever Patrice and Associates is paying her is not enough!
