Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a team culture within the brand, bring a positive energy to the team environment
  • Provide excellent hospitality to all guests
  • Recruit, select and develop talented team members
  • Oversee the food quality daily
  • Placing orders within the food budget
  • Comply with health dept standards
  • Control costs at a store level
  • Forecast sales and write schedules based on labor budgets
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. special offers and social media)
  • Train new and current team members to provide outstanding guest service
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Position Requirements

  • Organized and detailed focus
  • 2-year management experience
  • Ability to oversee restaurant operations
  • Computer knowledge
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Understanding financials (P&L)
  • Hands On Restaurant Experience: 3 years (Required)
  • QSR Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Strong BOH skills
