Client OverviewOur hospitality client is a newly formed franchise, which owns 20 existing locations.  All concepts are well-known established brands offering huge career opportunity.  They have acquired the rights to build 6 restaurants in these surrounding areas and plan to continue expansion beyond that.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of running quick service restaurant with m $1 Million in sales per year.
  • Analyze financial reports and forecasting.
  • Build sales and customer loyalty.
  • Train, coach, and motivate your team.
  • Oversee maintenance of facility and equipment.

Position Requirements

  • At least two years or current experience in the same or similar capacity.
  • Experience with $1.0M or higher restaurants.
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9years, unless you relocated, a location closed/was sold.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal success stories.
  • Experience with a drive-thru window a plus.
  • Valid unrestricted driver license.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
