Position Overview & Responsibilities

Overall responsibility of running fast food unit with approximately
$1-2 Million in sales per year
Financial analysis and forecasting
Sales Building
Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers
Performance feedback and corrective action
Maintenance of facility and equipment
Financial reporting

Restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day- Managers get paid for these days (not part of PTO)

Position Requirements

2 to 3 year's experience as an Assistant Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick serve restaurant..
Experience with $1.5MM or higher restaurants.
No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated, a location closed/was sold.
Ability to demonstrate personal success stories.
Experience with a drive-thru window preferred, but not required.
Valid unrestricted driver license.
SERV Safe certification preferred.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
