Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Manage operations.
  • Perform all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
  • Follow all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Use ethical business practices.
  • Build a system of quality with team members,
  • Respond to all customer concerns and issues
  • Request customer and team member feedback
  • Improve restaurant operations
  • Build brand loyalty
  • Recruit customer-focused team members
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels according to projected sales
  • Train team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
  • Manage profit goals
  • Ensure food, labor and other controllable costs stay within budget
  • Correct deviations by using the PROFIT System.
  • Manage the company's assets by keeping the restaurant clean
  • Equip restaurant and maintain all equipment.

Benefits

  • Vacation - PTO - 15 days/ year after 90 days

Position Requirements

  • TWO years minimum experience as a GM, preferably in a fast-food environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess knowledge of operations AND skills in managing people.
  • Ability to learn quickly about and train others in systems and employee development programs.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and giving sound advice and direction. Able to take direction, give direction, work well in a team environment and have a strong customer service focus.
  • Exhibit professionalism, composure and discretion when resolving customer-related concerns and issues.
  • Flexibility to work a 50+ hour week. Available to report to work promptly and work all day, parts of days and days of week. May be required to work in multiple locations and must have ability to travel to other restaurants as needed.
  • Able to accomplish key responsibilities, concentrate and perform duties accurately I a fat-paced environment that may involve noise and hot/cold temperatures. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. May be required to use headset. Frequent lifting and carrying 25-50 lbs., bending & kneeling as required.
  • Must have and retain ServSafe certification.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to drive as needed.
