Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Dining Room Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading a team of restaurant professionals that deliver high-quality, great tasting food & beverages; excellent service and profitability.
The Dining Room Manager contributes to building top line sales and guest count through the delivery of a competitively superior team member and guest experience.
The Dining Room Manager supports the management team in leading/training and directing service and bar staff to ensure items are executed with excellence in the restaurant.
Additionally, the Dining Room Manager supports managing quality in all aspects of their job.

Benefits

Guaranteed 10% Bonus Paid Monthly - PLUS additional 5% (or more) possible
Medical/Dental and Vision Coverage 80% Single Employer Paid
5-Day work weeks, avg. 50-60 hours/week

Position Requirements

Proven success as a Dining/ FOH or Bar Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high end resort restaurant
Strong passion for service excellence, wine knowledge and guest satisfaction
Proven ability to develop team
Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression
