Client Overview This hospitality client is the Midwest's largest full service, turnkey real estate investment firm!  They purchase "as-is" properties offered by wholesalers. Their rehab team remodels the properties they acquire and ensures quality expectations are met. Once the homes are move-in-ready, the property management team takes over to turn the home into a high-quality rental.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Generate relationships with an array of clients, seller direct, wholesale, realtors, property managers, and more
  • Pre-assess properties through comps, rehab analysis, and buyer qualification
  • Conduct in-home evaluations, establishing purchase and rehab values through process-based assessments
  • Generating and presenting offers that meet company's criteria
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Disposition, Transactions, and Construction teams to drive successful company outcomes
  • Daily management of the Salesforce CRM and calendar
  • Follow-up with and manage leads and appointments to ensure timely acquisition of homes
  • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly numbers for the company scorecard

Position Requirements

  • Experience in B2C sales
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and reliable transportation
  • The ability to present, write and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to multiple audiences
  • Willingness to learn quickly, take the initiative and maintain focus
  • Experience with escalation management using strong problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge and comfortable with Salesforce
  • Experience running comparables through the MLS and determining properties ARV
