The Nation’s Leading Restaurant and Hospitality Industry Staffing Company Presents Local Entrepreneur with its Prestigious “Franchisee of the Year” Award

 

Helen Nourai, president and owner of Patrice & Associates’ Elk Grove office, claimed top honors as “Franchisee of the Year” at the company’s recent annual convention and awards ceremony in Baltimore, Maryland.

Patrice & Associates is the nation’s largest recruiting firm that specializes in restaurants and hospitality, utilizing a franchise model to find valuable managerial talent for its clients. Its annual convention brings together home office leadership and franchise partners from across the nation for three days of training, information-sharing and recognition of excellence.

Themed “Choose Success,” the convention celebrated several key accomplishments and inspired all attendees – franchisees, local market team members and corporate leadership – to continue to aim high and think big for their clients. The three days included extensive sales and marketing training, educational seminars, and opportunities to share best practices.

The awards dinner proved to be the highlight of the gathering, as Patrice & Associates’ leadership team handed out honors to top performing franchise partners and their team members in attendance for placements, client retention and best practices over the past 12 months.

The coveted “Franchise of the Year” award is given to the franchisee who exemplifies the Patrice & Associates brand experience. The award recipient supports fellow franchisees, demonstrates the brand’s core values in daily actions, operates a successful business, participates and supports corporate initiatives, maintains a positive attitude and volunteers their time to speak with prospective Patrice & Associates franchisees. Given that Helen Nourai, by all accounts, is a well-rounded ambassador of the brand, she was a natural choice for the recognition.
