Office Owners, Staff Recruiters and Corporate Leadership Team Collaborate to Continue Company’s Position Atop the Hospitality Industry

Patrice & Associates recognizes that staying at the top of the hospitality recruiting field will be a bigger challenge than the path it took to get there. With this clear understanding, the company recently brought together all of its stakeholders to share in inspiring and informative meetings, with the sole purpose of cementing Patrice & Associate in its leadership position.

Returning home from the motivational three-day conference, office owners, recruiters, corporate staff and vendor partners have retooled their industry leading talents to sharpen the company’s edge. The full-service hospitality recruiting company, with more than 30 offices in the United States, held its annual conference in Baltimore, Md. In addition to a strong educational component, the gathering also served as an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of its world-class recruiting offices and share best practices.

 

“The information sharing was outstanding. It’s a reflection of just how strong the Patrice & Associates family is becoming,” noted Rice, who started the company in 1989 and began growing it nationwide through franchising in 2008. “We’re on a trajectory to have more than 100 offices open in the next few years, and the strength of our current collection of franchisees is a big reason why our expansion is coming along so nicely. Together, we are laying the foundation for exponential growth.”

 

During group gatherings at the conference, a few of Rice’s most poignant comments included the business’ impressive performance from the first eight months of 2012. Exemplifying the company’s proven recruiting system and processes, Rice noted substantial systemwide revenue increases during this timeframe compared to the same period last year. In addition, the number of placements Patrice & Associates have closed is up significantly. Nonetheless, Rice reminded all in attendance about the dangers of becoming complacent.

    Jonathan Litt has been absolutely amazing during the process of getting me hired for a new position. I’ve been in hospitality for many years, as a Director of Finance in hotels. The last year and a half has been quite difficult, even for those of us who remained employed during the pandemic.
