About Kenneth & Celene Schreifels

Partners in life and business, Celene and Ken are committed to bring their combined experience to help their clients and candidates to achieve success by creating winning outcomes for both. Celene was born and raised in Mexico and Ken grew up in a military family and lived all over the country growing up. The Schreifels now live in Pasadena, Maryland. “We have come to love living here and being part of this community.” Both are very active and love to travel and to spend time with their families and friends.

Ken enlisted in the US Army at age 17 and spent the next 32 years serving his country, achieving the rank of Sergeant Major. He led Special Operations Soldiers in combat in Afghanistan and in Africa, and deployed to numerous other trouble spots around the globe. Ken completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business along the way. With over 32 years of experience, tackling some of the most challenging missions, he has developed a passion for excellence and a strong belief that leadership and suitability is what makes great organizations thrive.

Celene holds a BS in Business Administration and has 15 years’ experience in customer service, team building, as well as project management. She has a true passion for helping people and connecting with their needs. Her ability to build customer relationships and understand their individual requirements helps to ensure a positive customer experience.

Together Celene and Ken understand that their services provide a positive impact on the candidates and their families, as well as on their client and its customers. As Ken says “There is a person behind each resume we review and it is important to get to know that person to ensure the best match with our clients.”
