I have a long and strong history in sales. I’ve sold many different products and services but was always most successful at the product lines where my product or services made a difference for people, largely through educational products that could open doors to new careers or support for testing to obtain a license or certification for different professions. I was successful at getting institutions to offer my products to build the likelihood of success for many. I also have a long history as an athletic coach for many different sports, mostly at competitive levels such as AAU and high school. All of this has been with the desire to see others achieve their dreams.
I have mentored many young athletes and coached many students through challenges and transitions, always looking for what was the best fit. Getting to know people, their needs, strengths and dreams and helping to put the right person in the right place at the right time has always been my forte. My philosophy on all of this has been to be sure that I always put people in positions to succeed.
My philosophy makes me a natural for this new endeavor. My experience with corporate entities, both buying and selling, networking and working for the success for everyone will ensure this success.
I have spent my career in healthcare. As a nurse at the bedside in many areas including critical care, my goal has always been to help anyone I can. As a hiring manager, I have experience in matching candidates to the right positions, knowing what does and does not work in the interviewing process, and the skills to coach others to success. My leadership roles have made it clear how important it is to develop and nurture relationships and support others in their growth. Employee engagement is one of the most important determinants of any organization’s success and it all begins with having the right people in the right places.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Duke Witte for his assistance in finding me a new job in the hospitality industry.
