Lance May and Todd Bolt are long-time associates and close friends. They both have extensive experience helping people make the right connections.

Todd has over 35 years of experience in the areas of Senior and Executive staff leadership, talent acquisition, management coaching, strategic planning, as well as change management. His experience includes a myriad of types of organizations and industries, including but not limited to church ministries, 501[c]3 non-profits, small business startups, a Fortune 500 company, and the healthcare industry. Todd holds a Business Administration degree and a Master’s degree. His background in talent acquisition and management in organizations has given him the right experience and skills to help organizations properly identify quality candidates that will exceed client expectations.

Todd uses every day to advance his personal life mission: To help individuals, teams, and organizations climb their mountains. This mission frames the approach and heart behind how Todd serves individuals and clients. “It has become part of my ‘true north’… especially if I am faced with challenges or obstacles.”

Lance has been in the workforce for over 35 years. He has been employed for his ability to communicate both through writing and as an orator. Holding a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Lance has contributed to or authored several published works, including many subjects related to leadership and management. He has experience with both non-profit and for-profit endeavors, including but not limited to universities, churches, international missions, real estate, and sales-force agencies.

Lance loves a challenge and loves people, and the recruiting industry provides the perfect marriage of passion and opportunity. His education and experience provide a unique perspective and a strong base of understanding for both employers and employees. I am the newest employee at a new and upcoming company because of the efforts of Delanie Sinton, executive recruiter at Patrice & Associates. I have worked with recruiters in the past and was hesitant to work with another one as I have always had better luck working directly with a company’s HR department. When I applied to be an onboarding implementation specialist for this new career, Delanie was the one who contacted me and explained the entire process to me and what to expect. I let her know my concerns about working with a recruiter, but she assured me that her process was different and that she would take care of me every step of the way. She made sure I was not only prepared for every interview with pre-interview meetings, but she always wanted my feedback after each interview no matter what the time of day to make sure that this position is what I still wanted.
