About Vicki Gadson

Vicki Gadson comes to Patrice and Associates, with over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Vicki originally from the Baton Rouge, LA area, growing up as a military dependent, began her hospitality journey with Furr’s Cafeteria, El Paso, TX, while in High School. Next while in college as an engineering student, she found herself gravitating back to her passion for people, completing 5 years of service with Denny’s Restaurant in El Paso, TX, starting as a sever, then promoted to manager. Vicki then completed 16 years of service with Cracker Barrel Old Country, where she relocated to various parts of the country, Marietta, GA, Montgomery, AL, Albuquerque, NM, Las Cruces, NM, Topeka, KS, Dayton, OH, and Tampa, FL, serving the ladder 9 years as District Manager, responsible for Western Ohio/Indiana and then the Southwest coast of Florida. Vicki was then recruited to Olive Garden, where she served 6 years as Director of Operations, responsible for the state of Oklahoma. And most recently, prior to joining Patrice and Associates, she served as District Manager with Dollar General, Baton Rouge, LA area and Director of Operations with Logan’s Roadhouse, Birmingham, AL.

Regarding, Vicki’s educational background, she achieved a B.S in Business Administration, as well as an Executive MBA.

Vicki has two wonderful children, Karren, a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma/MBA graduate of Oklahoma Christian University and Bernard an Engineering graduate of the University of Oklahoma, and a granddaughter, Cynthia.

With Vicki’s many years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, exposure to various regions of the nation, complimented with her educational background, she understands the needs of the industry, and has the knowledge and skills to create a winning combination from both the view of the candidate and the client.
