Position Overview & Responsibilities

Administer all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to benefits
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
Assist employees with questions related to their benefits and serve as a point of contact for benefit vendors.
Manage the open enrollment process and coordinate communication with employees.
Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related transactions, such as payroll deductions and vendor payments.
Participate in the development and implementation of new benefit programs.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in benefits administration.
Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
