Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Administer all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to benefits
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Assist employees with questions related to their benefits and serve as a point of contact for benefit vendors.
  • Manage the open enrollment process and coordinate communication with employees.
  • Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related transactions, such as payroll deductions and vendor payments.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new benefit programs.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
