Elizabeth Sturt has an ally in Vicki Marshall
Over the course of this last year I had been seeking employment in restaurant management. I repeatedly saw jobs that interested me through Patrice and Associates. I had dealt with other recruiters, and to be honest, I never had much faith in the idea. The recruiters that I dealt with tried to get me working at places that just never seemed to be the right fit. That all changed when I met Vicki Marshall at Patrice and Associates. From our first conversation, I felt that I had an ally in the world of interviews, cover letters, and background checks. Vicki touched up my resume and gave me valuable tips on how to land the job I desired. Vicki and I talked closely over the course of a few weeks to figure out what would be the best fit for me. She gave me options. There were some that I turned down, and then there was the “long shot”. Vicki got me an interview with one of her clients and the rest is history. Within 3 weeks of knowing Vicki I was employed. At a well respected company, with a great salary, and a very bright future. Normally I tell my family good news first. This time I called Vicki. She was genuinely happy for me and beyond congratulatory. We touch base frequently and I love hearing from her. She gives me confidence and believes in the talent I have. I can’t thank her enough and am so lucky to have found her!
