I responded to an ad from Patrice and Associates for a Restaurant Manager position. Michael Bickle responded within 48 hours and we spoke about my career interests and locations. He paired me up with one of his clients and followed up with the whole interview process. Chris made a stressful situation a really great experience!

Chris Jones was amazing from start to finish.  I have been with my current employer for 9 years and wasn’t looking to change careers at all. My current employer announced that our doors would be closing in 6 weeks. To say I panicked would be an understatement.  I received a call from Chris on Tuesday morning, for a position I went home on Monday and applied for.  He walked me through what the company was looking for and thought I was an excellent match.  He help me "upgrade" my resume, and sent it off to the company. I heard back on Wednesday afternoon and received an interview Friday, followed by a second interview the following week and a “shadow” day the next week.  Through it all Chris would check in and see how I felt after each interview and gave me great feedback.
