He is a very easy person to speak to on the phone and wasted no time getting me ready and prepared to take on the current job market. He was very instrumental in getting my resume set up in the most current and trending manner so I was appealing to companies. Beyond that, he was always just a phone call away if I had any questions and he gave me real life advice and insight for the people I would be interviewing with not just a LinkedIn profile, like I have gotten from others in the past. My journey to choosing to further my career was a long one. It was full of questions and Shannon was there for all of them. Throughout my interview process he was very thorough.
