Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of this high-volume, culinary-forward upscale-fine dining restaurant
  • Set the standard for restaurant and kitchen operations through leadership by example
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop strong, successful Back-Of-House team
  • Communicate with guests on a daily basis to ensure satisfaction of service and food

Position Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of Restaurant Sous Chef or Chef experience in high-volume, full-service upscale or fine dining restaurant
  • Minimum $4.0 - $5.0+ Million annual sales volume experience
  • Must be passionate about achieving fresh food from scratch, passion for service, high quality food, training, and cost control
  • Strong knowledge of systems, methods, and processes required to execute a brand
  • Proven track record leading BOH team in a high volume, culinary-forward restaurant
  • Approachable leadership style, quick thinking, passion for developing self and others
  • No more than 2 jobs in 5 years, 3 jobs in 9 years
  • Open availability to work nights, weekends, etc
