Position Overview & Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager - High Volume Experience – Minimum $5.0 Million - Premier Upscale Casual Dining Establishment!   If you are an high energy, hands-on Restaurant Manager who has experience managing and training an enthusiastic upscale casual restaurant FOH/BOH staff in an organization that is growing rapidly with true advancement potential to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager level, this is the opportunity for you.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum $3.0 - $6.0 Million annual sales volume experience
  • Solid tenure – no more than 3 jobs in 9 years, at least 3 years Restaurant Manager experience
  • Strong desire to achieve, passion for service, food quality, training, and cost control
  • Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and supervise team members
  • Strong knowledge of systems, methods, and processes required to execute a brand
