Position Requirements

Minimum $3.0 - $4.0 Million annual sales volume experience
Solid tenure – no more than 3 jobs in 9 years, minimum 3 years Restaurant Manager experience
Strong desire to achieve, passion for service, food quality, training, and cost control
Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and supervise team members
Strong knowledge of systems, methods, and processes required to execute a brand
