Position Requirements

  • Minimum $3.0 - $4.0 Million annual sales volume experience
  • Solid tenure – no more than 3 jobs in 9 years, minimum 3 years Restaurant Manager experience
  • Strong desire to achieve, passion for service, food quality, training, and cost control
  • Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and supervise team members
  • Strong knowledge of systems, methods, and processes required to execute a brand
