Client OverviewOur Client specializes in Neapolitan pizza – fresh mozzarella, crushed tomatoes, and flame-blackened blisters from the open kitchen concept wood fired oven! Their menu consists of salads, various classic pizzas, and even a few desserts!  Pizzas are also customizable with many delicious, fresh ingredients to choose from. The Highland Park full-service location boasts an even more extensive menu – offering calzones and a long list of Italian appetizers. Open Kitchen. Pizza Ovens imported from Italy. Serves wine + beer. Family friendly.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Main duties include leading operations in the kitchen over lunch and dinner shifts.
  • Hands on with food production. Working with quality ingredients.
  • Teach, train, and develop staff to achieve high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Other administrative duties include scheduling, payroll, ordering, people management.


  • Health + vision insurance - Dental is coming
  • Generous PTO from 13days to 18 days per year depending on title.
  • Closed four holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
  • Committed to a 5-day work week.

Position Requirements

  • At least 2 years management experience in quick-casual dining or full service with GM experience for Fast Track GM role
  • Mix of FOH, BOH and Catering at the same time highly desired
  • Excited and passionate about great service
  • Hands-on management style
  • Willingness to help in any area of need
