Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a talented Restaurant Chef / Kitchen Manager with the high volume experience, energy, integrity and skills to help take our growing multi-outlet upscale casual dining restaurant to the next level. We are known for fresh scratch cooking and fun energetic workplace.
  • The Restaurant Chef / Kitchen Manager position will manage all Back-Of-House operations and requires excellence in balancing P&L goals, people development, and operating systems; must have a positive upbeat hospitality driven personality, with an ability to maintain a fun and professional work environment.

Position Requirements

  • Current experience in a high volume upscale or casual restaurant as Restaurant Kitchen Manager or Restaurant Chef (minimum 5 years)
  • Minimum $2.5 - $4.0 Million annual sales volume experience
  • Solid tenure – no more than 3 jobs in 9 years, at least 5 years experience as a Restaurant Chef
  • Strong desire to achieve, passion for service, food quality, training, and cost control
  • Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and supervise team members
  • Strong knowledge of systems, methods, and processes required to execute a brand
