Client Overview Our client is a premier Catering company servicing the Greater Milwaukee Area who is looking to expand their business.

  • Great hours!  Typical workweek is 40-45 hours and will be M-F 8-4pm.  Some evening tasting events.  One Saturday shift per month 12-4pm.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails and either directly respond to clients or direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Create proposals for client consideration and adjust as necessary to meet the client’s needs.
  • Monitoring and tracking of current and future clients requesting information.
  • Suggest upselling opportunities that will maximize profit for the business while also providing value to the client.
  • Establish relationships with vendor partners that will assist the company with conducting appealing and successful events for the client.
  • Plan and design events that will exceed client expectations and foster an image of excellence to prospective future clients.
  • Reserve and schedule vendor partner services as necessary for events.
  • Answer any questions regarding booked events to provide the proper shared vision of the expectations of any event.
  • Have availability to assist with certain events and support events teams during peak seasons.
  • Responsible for collecting and processing payments for company services.
  • Conducts tastings as necessary for the purpose of booking and selling company services.
  • Maintain Caterease Database / Google Calendar.
  • Conduct site reviews as necessary to ensure winning position for the on-site catering team.
  • Act as responsible steward of the company both at the office and at off-premises engagements.
  • Attend organization meetings and events to promote the company’s services and keep abreast of trends and happenings in the industry.
  • Communicate event details to all other departments to set event expectations and ensure a smooth execution of booked events.
  • Conduct BEO meetings as necessary to aid in communicating event details.
  • Keeping up with correspondence and have accountable response times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain atmosphere, cleanliness and staging of the sales department.
  • Participate in a culture that is based on positive attitude, open communication and conversation that promotes team building, a rewarding atmosphere and a high level of morale.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the dining/office area.
