Position Overview & Responsibilities

Overall responsibility of the restaurant when GM is not present
Delegate responsibilities to other team members
P&L, Budgets, Labor Costs, Food Costs, etc.
Inventory
Train, coach and discipline in accordance with company policies

Benefits

Training – 8 weeks local
A la carte: 3 medical plans, dental, vision – benefits effective 1^st of the month following 30 days employment
2 weeks vacation per year, 1 week may be used after 6 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years
401K with match – 25% match up to 6% of pay
Free meal on or off shift
No sick pay or personal days

Position Requirements

4 year's experience as a Assistant Manager in full-service dining and/or as a General Manager in a casual, fast food, or Quick Serve Restaurant
Ability to articulate personal and team success stories
No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years or 3 in the last nine years unless your restaurant was sold or closed
Proven track record in increasing sales
History of strong cost controls
Passion for great customer service
Energy for a high-volume restaurant
Team-development focus
Good business sense
