Patrice & Associates Celebrates Outstanding Franchise Achievements at 2015 Annual Convention

Franchise Partners, Regional Developers and Corporate Leadership Team Collaborate to Continue Company’s Position Atop the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry

Patrice & Associates, the nation’s largest hospitality recruiting firm, brought franchise partners and corporate leadership together for its annual convention and awards ceremony. The three-day event was held from Wednesday, October 8th through Saturday, October 10th in Baltimore, Maryland.

“There’s nothing like bringing the entire Patrice & Associates family under one roof,” said Patrice Rice, CEO and founder of Patrice & Associates. “Our annual convention is an important time to discuss innovative ideas for the future. Every year, we look forward to sharing tactics on supporting our clients in their search for the best talent in the industry.”

Themed “Choose Success,” the convention celebrated several key accomplishments and inspired all attendees – franchisees, local market team members and corporate leadership – to continue to aim high and think big for their clients. The three days included extensive sales and marketing training, educational seminars, and opportunities to share best practices.

“We believe that success will always be a choice,” said Brian Miller, COO of Patrice & Associates. “By having this mindset, our franchise has made significant strides this year, which include growing our Regional Developer program and exploring expansion opportunities in Northern and Southern California, the Midwest, the Southeast and Canada.”

The most emotional portion of the gathering was the awards dinner. Patrice & Associates bestowed honors on top-performing office owners and their team members in attendance for placements, client retention and best practices over the past 12 months.

During the dinner, Rice and Miller presented the highest honor, “Franchisee of the Year,” to franchise partner Helen Nourai. She earned the recognition with a series of high marks in all criteria judged, including total revenue, revenue increase, operations, number of placements and participation within the franchise system.

“I am honored to be awarded such a prestigious recognition,” said Nourai, who joined the Patrice & Associates system three years ago. “This award is a testament to how hard work and dedication can really pave the way for success.”

In addition to Helen Nourai’s impressive recognition for “Franchisee of the Year,” several other Patrice & Associates franchise partners and recruiters also earned awards.

Duke Witte absolutely was amazing! 

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Duke Witte for his assistance in finding me a new job in the hospitality industry.
