Territory: West Central Missouri

Franchise Owner FaLisa McCannon brings 20 years of experience leading, managing and successfully driving results with major national brands. FaLisa has an impressive background as an Operations Management Executive with an extensive background in the Profit and Non-Profit sectors of recruiting, hiring, developing, and delivering quality talent. She brings extensive experience in Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales and understands what it means to run a profitable business, and the role that talent plays in getting you there. FaLisa and her team of professional hospitality recruiters forge long-lasting relationships with high caliber candidates and clients throughout the Midwest and beyond. She is committed to being a true staffing partner to local business owners, going beyond the role of just a recruiter!

 

Kenneth C. Welch Jr.

Territory: Central New Jersey

Ken has had a successful career in the Facilities Management space. He has worked in the fast past private industry in Manhattan, along with a number of years at a Higher Educational institution as well as a large K-12 Public School district. This has given Ken nearly 30 years of customer service experience in varied settings.

A proven leader, Ken has developed, trained and overseen teams in various operating venues utilizing excellent communication, planning, motivational and management skills. He enjoys helping others reach their potential and accomplish life goals. As an adjunct professor in the Martin Tuchman School of Management at NJIT, equipping students with new understanding and skills to help commercialize their accomplishments, is a rewarding passion for Ken. Ken brings this same passion to helping candidates and clients reach their life and business goals

Doug Snyder

Territory: Wilson, Rocky Mount, Roanoke Rapids, NC, & Surrounding Areas

With over 30 years of Plant Operational Management experience in several manufacturing industries, I have had the opportunity to manage, hire, develop, coach, and train the teams of people that have contributed to the success of the facilities that I ran.

I have always led with integrity, commitment, quality and a means to solving any problem that was presented.

I have always approached the manufacturing process with the team concept and the understanding of what the needs and expectations of the customer are and what the needs of the manufacturing facility are to meet those expectations so that each of them will be successful.

 

Mike & Lisa McDugall

Territory: Philadelphia Metropolitan Area

Mike and Lisa met while working together in the New York City commercial real estate investment world. Real estate transactions there involve working with and for multiple people, many with big personalities and aggressive goals. It was in this fast-paced, high energy arena that they learned to sharpen their people, analytical, and business judgement skills and it is here at Patrice and Associates where they now put those skills to good use for our clients and candidates.

In addition to understanding a candidate’s strengths, they also aim to understand a candidate’s desires, aspirations, and why they are motivated to make a move. Matching those qualities with the right opportunity is a prerequisite to making a good match and something they are eminently qualified to do.

  • I have been nothing but completely happy with Jonathan Litt

    Jonathan Litt has been absolutely amazing during the process of getting me hired for a new position. I’ve been in hospitality for many years, as a Director of Finance in hotels. The last year and a half has been quite difficult, even for those of us who remained employed during the pandemic. After a year of running a department alone due to property wide layoffs, a stressful transition (brand and management company), working crazy hours, along with a 20% paycut for 9 months, I started feeling very overwhelmed and drained. I told myself it might be time for a change and I was going to let the universe help me. And, it happened! Jonathan Litt found my resume and reached out to me inquiring if I was interested in a Finance Manager position, in the Food world. And, I thought that it was worth speaking to him.
    Immediately, I felt this position might be a great fit for me. From the very first email, and texts, he was amazing. He is so professional and helpful, down to helping with revising my resume to point out things I hadn’t even thought of, to helping with getting prepared for the interview. I’m so confident in my abilities but always hated interviews because you never remember the things you want to explain or the right questions to ask. I also find it to be amazing that he reaches out via text because we all know how much easier texting can be these days when you’re in meetings and/or have deadlines and cannot always hop on a call. I was offered the position and start in 2 weeks and I’m so excited! I’m grateful that I can stay in finance, while taking a chance in a new direction, albeit still in hospitality, and will finally have a better work/life balance.
