My journey to becoming a Patrice & Associates Franchise Owner has been an exciting and fulfilling one, marked by a rich background of experience and a passion for helping others achieve their goals. My journey began at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, where I earned a degree in Finance, and continued at Marquette University, where I completed my MBA. These academic experiences laid a strong foundation for my professional career, equipping me with the skills and knowledge to excel in the business world.

For 19 years, I had the privilege of working at a large life insurance company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My career there was marked by a series of progressively responsible roles, ultimately leading to my position as a Director of Software Engineering. In this role, I built and managed global Software Engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. What I found most rewarding was the opportunity to hire, coach, and mentor team members, helping them grow professionally and achieve their potential. I also developed meaningful relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization, learning the importance of effective communication and trust.

Now, as a recruiter with Patrice & Associates, I bring this wealth of experience and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics to the table. For my client companies, I am committed to being your Talent Acquisition consultant by learning and understanding your unique needs to help you find the best talent. I know firsthand how crucial it is to have the right people in the right roles, and I am dedicated to ensuring that your recruitment process is efficient and successful.
