Delanie Sinton is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

I am the newest employee at a new and upcoming company because of the efforts of Delanie Sinton, executive recruiter at Patrice & Associates. I have worked with recruiters in the past and was hesitant to work with another one as I have always had better luck working directly with a company’s HR department. When I applied to be an onboarding implementation specialist for this new career, Delanie was the one who contacted me and explained the entire process to me and what to expect. I let her know my concerns about working with a recruiter, but she assured me that her process was different and that she would take care of me every step of the way. She made sure I was not only prepared for every interview with pre-interview meetings, but she always wanted my feedback after each interview no matter what the time of day to make sure that this position is what I still wanted. I never felt pressured or guilted to take the position but instead felt encouraged and positioned for the best outcome whether or not I got the job. Delanie advocated for me throughout the whole process from beginning to end. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a career in the hospitality industry or any other industry she would be part of the hiring team for. I am glad she will be keeping up with me for the first couple of months in the job in case anything goes wrong, but I am positive everything is going to be great because of the matchmaking process of candidate to job. I am excited to start work at my new company and I feel it was an absolute match that couldn’t have happened without Delanie Sinton

Sincerely Grateful,
Diana Browning

Working with Nati Jay from Patrice & Associates has been a true blessing for my career.

The time and preparation to get me through the process even though there was a delay in the hiring process due to a push back in Opening.  Nati stayed in constant communication with me, which was truly important to me.  Now I have the position I have been waiting for and couldn’t be more excited to be the General Manager of the Hottest New Steakhouse in Las Vegas!!                 Thank you Nati and Patrice & Associates!!
