Their locations are on most of the islands in the state of Hawaii, though soon they'll be expanding on the mainland with their first location in Las Vegas in the second half of 2018! Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Food Solutions General Manager position is primarily responsible to oversee the operations and functions of Food Solutions International and the Bakery Plant, which services all restaurants and outside retail and wholesale accounts with food and products.

  • 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan - eligible after 1 year of employment and have worked at least 1,000 hours. Company match up to 2%.
  • Training will be conducted locally at various locations for a period of 3-4 weeks.

Position Requirements

  • Able to work flexible hours (weekends and evenings) if needed
  • Physical Ability:  Standing and walking throughout the day, Reaching/bending frequently
  • Good speech and hearing necessary for communicating with managers and employees
  • Sight for performing computer work
  • Mental Ability: Good decision-making skills (uses independent judgment), Good assessment skills
  • Planning/organizational skills (ability to set long-term or short-term goals, measures, time frames, and coordinate multiple tasks/activities, prioritize)
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language required; ability to write professionally to respond to customers and co-workers
  • Pre-Employment Requirements: Must pass drug screening test
  • Must be COVID vaccinated or in the process of being vaccinated
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent work experience or combination of both preferred
  • Experience: At least Three (3) years experience in managerial position
  • Desired Skills: Computer experience with Word, Excel, Google Docs
  • Self-development skills (desire and ability to learn)
