Chuck has been a sales professional for over 30 years, in leadership positions from department management to Vice President of Sales. He has a solid working knowledge of various industries and with different sizes of companies; ranging from family owned to Fortune 500 conglomerates.
Achieving high levels of success in sales growth, building/developing sales teams, writing strategic plans and coaching were just some of his accomplishments over the years. Most important were his contributions in turning around poor, or non-existing sales cultures and practices. He energized his teams with strategic approaches to solving problems, working together, and exceeding expectations. Chuck was often forced to make the tough decision to replace existing personnel with better-fitting employees. He thoroughly understands the hiring process of seeking the right candidate for the right position. He has worked extensively with executive recruiters for many years and understands what it takes to identify the proper person for the job. The best recruiters understand a basic rule of sales – its about providing value in such a way that the client sees you as a necessary extension of his/her business.
Sharon has been a partner in a successful consulting business for over three years, specializing in Customer Satisfaction programs. Prior to that she worked for a global corporation for over 24 years and was instrumental in the development of their subsidiaries. Eventually working to design, implement and manage their global customer experience process.
Sharon understands the importance of building relationships and how vital they are in maintaining customers. Her experience in helping clients develop Customer Satisfaction programs has enabled them to fully understand their customers’ needs and how to better to serve them. Fundamental to her success has been the ability to understand the clients’ requirements by listening carefully. These projects are successful because they provide clients with clear, actionable data from customer feedback. Clients then have the ability to make strategic, data driven decisions. Ultimately clients understand their customers’ expectations on a proactive basis, which develop loyal customers, strengthening their business and differentiating them from their competition.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Duke Witte for his assistance in finding me a new job in the hospitality industry.
