Many recruiters said they would help, but I often felt like just a number or forgotten altogether. I was starting to get discouraged. From the very beginning, Nick Mastrovito reached out to connect with me by email after seeing that I had applied for a position he had opened in Galveston with his client. We then interviewed over the phone. Nick genuinely showed that he wanted to help and guide me through the entire process. Starting a new job is always nerve-wracking, but I truly feel I made the right choice.
