Many recruiters said they would help, but I often felt like just a number or forgotten altogether. I was starting to get discouraged. Starting a new job is always nerve-wracking, but I truly feel I made the right choice. Nick shared that the company has strong employee tenure, which is exactly what I was looking for — longevity, stability, and a positive environment where I can thrive and call my new work home.
